Its Sony, not sonny
Its Tefal, not Teffle
and Proline, not proleen! FFS

onvelope( as in En from En guard!) would probably be the real way to pronouce it but i say envelope.

as for Heathrow , after saying it my head 30 times, i say HEATHrow.

I guess you could say that I say onvelope, but I would also say that the phonetic of the sound I'm making is 'en'.

The english language is indeed a fickle mistress.

An ex colleague of mine had terrible trouble with pronunciation, two classics immediately spring to mind
