I have an intel ssd fitted to a pc I'm planning on getting rid of and I'm wondering what the best way to erase my data is? I gather that running something like eraser is probably not the best thing to do to a ssd?

Cheers

Yes use 3.3 as its specific for SSD's, i posted this the other day.

You will need to make sure your sata controller is set to IDE mode and its gotta be on one of the first 3 ports.

If your bios offers write protection then it will offer to disable it on a re-boot.

Follow the instructions again and your done.
