Erasing USB Flash drives

Hi

I have a few very old low capacity drives i'd like to dispose of

going to copy the contents to a HD but would like an idea of
how to best erase them - right click context menu option would be great

I'll copy a big video file to overwrite most of the space first

heard of heidi eraser which i'll be trying

I think I'd do a complex drive wipe using CCleaner, or similar.

I have used eraser and it worked ok for free.
