Needing some new tyres for my Galant, however been having trouble finding any online. Current ones are 195/65/R14 89V - while I understand the width and radius parts, not entirely sure about the profile/speed rating/load.

Blackcircles don't have any which match that spec, etyres.co.uk only have 1 match... Toyo CF1 @ £127.80 each... ouch... I don't really have £500 to spend on them, was thinking more ~£65 a corner (max). Any suggestions, or is there any part of that spec which I can change?

Toyo CF1s should be less than half that..

Having had a look on mytyres, the only decent thing available in that size are ContiPremiumContact 2s, but those are £70 each and probably not worth it.
 
I've had a quick look on Camskill and can't find anything more expensive than Toyo CF1 @ £65.20 each....
 
Ahh cool, that's giving me something slightly more realistic.

Do camskill do fitting? If not, how much (roughly) can I expect to pay for fitting/balancing etc for the 4 at a local tyre place?

Cheapest I can find round here is about £8 a corner - tyre places don't really like doing fitting only as there's little profit in it so charge inflated (ho ho!) prices
 
Was about to say about speed ratings.
Drop the rating to H.
Over at etyres.co.uk you can get the Toyo CF1's got £66.10inc VAT & Fitting.
