“Error 651: The Modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.” He cannot get online.
My Nephew keeps getting a message like above, error 651
Tried many 'fixes' available on the internet to no avail!
He doesn't have much on his laptop as it is almost new. Would formatting it and reinstalling windows solve the 651 error issue? We have tried various other fixes as mentioned in various online articles but all have failed! Thanks
