Error Dumps

Hi Guys

I recentley purchased http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-023-OB&groupid=43&catid=339&subcat=1802 for my brother and built him a custom system,however all weve been getting is a lot of memory dump blue screen's Any ideas what could be causing it?

Most likely faulty memory, run a memtest86 over night and see what you get.

Could also be a driver issue.

Could you post back what it says at the bottom of the bluescreen?

my brother cant remeber what it says but it kees saying on the blue screen physical_memory_dump

Windows performs a "physical_memory_dump" when it blue screens for any reason.

"physical_memory_dump" is not the cause of the error.

If you look here:

http://www.tunexp.com/tips/maintain_your_computer/disabling_blue_screen_of_death_auto-reboot/

it shown you how to disable an automatic restart (assuming you have XP).

You'll then be able to note down details of the error message.
