This weekend I bought and was happily playing Overwatch, with zero problems. I returned from work last night and tried to load up BattleNet and received the below error message:

I now can't load BattleNet to play any games, which is rather frustrating, as I'm desperate to play Overwatch! I'm baffled as to what could have happened to create this error?

I've tried re-installing BattleNet, but the same error pops up, preventing me from doing so.

I've even tried resetting Windows 10 through the settings menu, just keeping personal files, but that stalls (says the reset was not possible and no changes could be made).

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I used to have that background. :)

It's a memory error (it's trying to access a null pointer probably). Nothing else playing up? I think you'll need to get support from Blizzard.

not too sure if this will work but try and re seat your ram and see if that helps or remove a few sticks and just try with one.

other option is to try memtest and see if it picks up any faulty ram?

Thanks - posted over at Blizz but not holding out much hope for a solution there.

Background is a photo I took myself in Kyoto - such a beautiful place!

Thanks - not done memtest yet (or re-seated RAM), but will give this a bash when I get home
