when i first boot up my computer in the morning i get this msg

"verifying DMI pool data disk boot failure, insert a system disc and press enter"

my computer is using sata and it seems like it fails tod detect them from what i can see on the pre boot post, however if you hit the reset button on this msg the next time it sees the sata drives and loads correctly, any ideas peeps?

it's strange it only happens on cold boot, almost like the drives are not up and running for when the first post happens, sata cables look good, but possible bios update avaialble

found this on a bios update

CheckSum:8500 Date: 01/21/2008
1. Fixed nVIDIA GeForce 8800GT cann't boot up issue.
2. Added IDE delay time item in BIOS for some HDD detect failed at cold boot first time.(Default set 4 seconds)
3. Fixed Optical Mouse 1.0A USB mouse will hang on P.O.S.T issue.

even though i'm SATA do you think this will solve the issue?
