Errror Message on Shutdown

hi

evertime i shutdown my machine i get the following error message "the drive is not ready for use ites door may be open. Please check drive A and make sure that a disk is inserted and the drive door is closed" i have three options whcich are "cancel", "try again", and "continue". i was just wondering how i can get rid of the message.

do you have a floppy drive? or anything sighned to drive a?

Have you got your AV software set to scan the floppy drive on shutdown?

doesnt scan floppy as far as i know
