We used ESET at my previous company it's a very good anti virus that doesn't slow your PC down or make it feel laggy. If I had to pay for Antivirus this would the software i would choose without a shadow of doubt.

Used nod32 for well over 6 years now, I swear by it.

Prices can vary quite a bit, iirc my last key purchase for 3 machine protection was around £40.

Good AV. Used it a few years ago and really performs well whilst not being a drain on resources.

Nowadays though, personally don't bother with paid for antivirus software.

No multi pc licenses?
Not at this point, depending on success it's an option that is open to us.

Never used any anti virus software in the whole 8 years I've been on PC and have never had any problems that's I've noticed.
Don't listen! that's a bot talking :p

I won't personally go without security software now. I'm not an idiot but even I've had a few small issues in the past, including being hacked and having a conversation with the guy before he tried to nuke my system :(
I've just got fed up of manually removing threats as and when I find them.

I've personally trialed a number of prospective security providers for our system builds, there were a couple that I would have been happy to use, lots more that I wouldn't touch with a bargepole despite hefty financial incentives. All of the time I was doing that I have been running Eset and working on an agreement to get them in place. Eset value their image above financial considerations so they don't whore themselves out to all comers, in fact, I had to jump through quite a few hoops and keep pushing to get this far. 18 months well spent? :D

not a bad price, I really like ESET av, used it for a few years now and its reliable and lightweight on system resource.

I have not tried the new Beta (1st time I have not) as its nearly the same as current build, would be nice for a few GUI tweaks even though it does not make it run any better.

They do not listen to Beta tester anyhow (same as MS).

I'm surprised you guys managed to get to become a reseller. I contacted them months ago and they never bothered getting back to us about it. To be honest, on the PCs we support we find ESET to be awful, it blocks so many legitimate applications in a business background.

I run Firewall in Interactive Mode and never have any issues, agree to let it run once for each Program and its set forever.

In Auto mode it should work well enough but I want more control.

Not sure why you get issues.

The support has went downhill same many companies (Logitech/Corsair to name a few).

I've used MSE for years, it's free, doesn't use much in the way of resources and doesn't seem to block games and other software like most others do.

Not sure why anyone pays for security?

Read some proper AV reviews/test and then come back.

Windows MSE or Defender in Win8 is ok for free but missed a lot in reviews.

This is a shops deal page not I do not need a AV or do not need paid for AV thread BTW.
