Apparently the ImageShack app doesn't allow you to copy and paste a link to the pictures after uploading.

Yes, but only on jailbroken phones

iBlocklist will do it.

You can sign up without a bank account/debit/credit card on file by not being logged into an itunes account, clicking "get app" on a free app and then choosing the "no payment method" option (cannot remember exactly what it's called). Make sure you sign up as an american and it should work.

You can have more than 1 iTunes account install apps on a single iPhone so it should technically be fine, legally/morally though is another matter.

They are texted to you when you first switch on, you should be able to get them by calling O2 customer services from the phone.

didnt get any texts when i turned on, shall have to call them. the contract is in my gfs name and with her paying it so will she have to phone it because she is the bill payer?
