Hello Jonathan,
Amy here from the iTunes Store. I'd like to first apologize for the delay in my reply, this has not been the typical wait time for a response. We have seen a sudden and unexpected increase in our volumes. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please know that when you reply to my email, your response will go directly to my inbox, which will ensure a much faster reply time. For your convenience, my hours are listed at the bottom of my email and I will have a friend watch my inbox while I am away to ensure any response is answered ASAP.
From reading your email, I see you recently downloaded "SimCity Deluxe (World)" and were charged. As you previously purchased this app, I can certainly appreciate your concern.
I have reversed the charges for the app. You will see a store credit of £3.99 in three to five business days. You may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in before you see the credit in your account.
This was an exception to the iTunes Store Terms of Sale which states all sales are final. Future refund requests may be denied.
Looking at your account, it appears as though you previously purchased "SimCity™ (International)." This app is no longer available in the iTunes Store.
Once you purchase an app from the iTunes Store you can download it again on your device or computer at no charge. Be sure that you are signed in to the same iTunes Store account that you used to purchase the application originally, and follow the steps to purchase it again. You will be notified that you have already purchased the item and can download it again for free.
