Ethernet controller

I have installed a new hdd on my friends laptop and installed windows,
only problem is the ethernet controller which i cannot find any drivers for.

the laptop is a acer 8942 i3
cpuz says mobo is- acer sm82-cp

A quick look on the acer site found this

ok i downloaded it again, but it has no installer file, and im stuck on what to do next.

Unzip the file to a folder.
In device manager, right click on the network card and "update device driver" and point it to the folder. It should do the rest.
