Prizes include Ego boost, adulation of your peers and listening to whining about others and their poor selections and poor performances of their team.

How do you change formation? It's probably really easy but I'm used to the Fantasy Premier League site.

I think 4-3-3 is my best bet too.

Just pick the right number for each position to achieve your formation.

I believe you can make transfers after the group stages then after every round otherwise you could theoretically end up with a team full of players who all went home after the group stages!
