I'm inclined to think that the longer the competition goes on, the stronger you'll become. Last night Trabzonspor wasted a good opportunity to eliminate you and I think it will help you overcome current difficulties.

The games against Napoli are going to be something special that's for sure.

Not sure why people are talking up the Man City V Juve tie. I got the impression that they are very much fallen giants and badly affected by the current financial crisis. Haven't they just sold Diego too?

They are.

That's €54.6m plus potential an unknown fee for the second 50% of Davide Lanzafame and a potential fee for the loan of Alberto Aquilani.

Diego was sold after an awful season which didn't come as a surprise to everyone. After his first couple of games, his performances were simply poor. They have replaced him with a combination of Krasic and Quagliarella and will be all the better for it. The one mistake which I think they have made is the signing of Jorge Martinez for such a hefty fee from Catania.
