European Grand Prix 2012, Valencia - Race 8/20

Horner : when I said unleash the beast I did not mean that! (mutters) christ aussies and there literal personae

Is it me or has no one bothered to turn up to spectate at Valencia?

Only sold 22,000 tickets I think.

I don't know if that's just race day tickets or all weekend, but for comparison Silverstone is almost sold out and they expect 150,000 people on Sunday with a total of 300,000 over the 3 days...

Don't blame them!

What tyres did Fat John use to set his time?

JB was on softs and I'm trying to work out if he's genuinely competitive or if FJ set his time on mediums and JB is still miles off the pace.

Everyone was on softs at the end and Fat Johns time was set on softs earlier in the session.

Hmm.... prediction time. Lotus are looking good to provide the 8th different winner. Although Vettel didn't get a clear run on his single attempt to set a Quali style lap, so he may still be a good shout for pole.

I'd really like to see Kimi atop the podium again this time out, or Schumacher if not (I never thought i'd be saying that a few years ago!)
