To be honest our entry was absolute rubbish.

Andy Abraham is so far up his own backside about how good he is & how good his song was.. Shows just how good they were... he came last. Best place for him.

Terry Wogan should be behind him, he's just as talentless.

While we churn out this kinda rubbish we deserve to be last every year..Scooch, Abrahams....Pls

what are you smoking?, it does not matter how good our song is or not, we will always come last.

Yea I think Andy did not sing as good as he could, but I think we deserved to be in the top 10 or at least under 15 compared to most of the other damnd acts!

I do think we as a nation take our entry too seriously...but then we watch it and see such priceless comedy moments as Bosnia and spain...and we laugh at the pirates and say what fun the europeans have...then we enter 'serious' music

I'm glad I watched it..its pure entertainment, I saw a long haired frenchman come on stage in a pink gold buggy and breath helium from an inflatable beachball, I saw some nice ladies in short skirts, I saw a strange man in an elvis wig singing gibberish, I saw a 75 year old man scratching on a gramaphone and I saw the most hilarious bloke from sweden reading the results...possibly as a hostage, or somebody was trying charades to tell him which country he was giving the points to...8 points go too wwwwwwiiiiceland?

its worth the licence fee alone just to hear wogan!

and for the record I voted for the pirates..and I like the armenian entry..but it didnt meet my comedy criteria!


next year just bite the bullet and let Justin Hawkins enter,,,he can wear a catsuit, shake his buttocks at the camera and wail loudly...we may well still finish last...but it will be funny and in with the spirit of the entire show....

get Clarkson, May and Hammond to do it together...stick them in a room with a load of wine and a telly..then have that picture in picture so they can comment, get ****** and more opiniated as the night goes on..they can also then try to guess who is going to vote for who!

Talking to some of my European friends, it seems that they really do take it seriously, even in such countries as sweden and belgium etc, at least their commentators do, nothing like Wogan.

Which must say something about their general opinion of the competition if they actually get decent viewing figures, as we'd probably lose about 70-80% without Wogan.

That's the problem with the Eurovision, those who don't fund the thing seem to take it super seriously, and actually seem to like the music, the russian guy for example is really popular.

I would like to see "The Big Four" pull out and let the tinpot countries fund it, let's see if they're still enthusiastic then, or if it crashes and burns ;)
 
I absolutley agree with that. Denmarks song was the best. Turkeys was ok.

BUT WHAT ABOUT BULGARIA! they didn't even make it through the semi's yet people like spain and bosnia did. How insulting.

I reckon the reason was Bulgaria stick up for kosovo and not Serbia.
