Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

whats do you guys and gals think may be the cause of this ?

Thanks i found some info as well

Looking at trying to figure out whats happening on my system as i keep getting low fps in valley, bf4 etc every so often and a restart of the pc seems to fix it.
Starting to wonder if its psu or motherboard related as i now have an nvidia 780ti and it happened briefly again today.

Thanks i found some info as well

that's just the vista version of the windows 7 support page i linked to. :p

it's good you're looking at event viewer to try and find the problem but this isn't it.

have you been monitoring temps to make sure nothing is overheating? something might be throttling back which is reducing performance.

yep all temps are good the gpu sits around 77 and the cpu is around the 65 to 75 mark when all under load of course, idle temps gpu is 35 and the cpu is 39 ish.

Its very odd and has only happened once with this 780ti.
