Ever been stung.....

Once on the back of my neck. Amused my flatmates greatly.
i remember a dead wasp stinging me on my arm when i sat down on the sofa when i was about 12
i remember a live wasp being in my towel that i was drying my hair with by a pool in france and it stinging me on the head when i was about 10. wasn't nice.
i remember getting stung about a dozen times when a few of us 'discovered' a wasps nest when i was about 11
i remember getting stung on the chest whilst i was driving when i was about 19
i remember a wasp suddenly appearing about 2 cm from my face when i got out of the shower in malaga when i was about 21 and me swerving it and in-turn slipping on the wet floor and doing myself an injury but didn't get stung.
they don't really hurt as one often doesn't see them coming. never been stung by a bee though.
tbf though, i haven't been stung in over 10 yrs now

Once in 37 years. Bee got me on the neck - I felt it crawling but it got me before I could brush it off. It was all sleepy (autumn I think) and confused, and I normally like bees, so no hard feelings

Also once stood on a hornet when I was about 6 (definitely not a queen wasp
You should wash your feet more often.
I've been stung at least once, although not much more. I remember it being not as painful as i thought it would be. When a wasp comes near me i don't tend to flap like everyone else, just let it sniff about and it usually goes away.

Was stung by a wasp once, it felt like being burnt with a cigerette.
Got stung pretty bad by wasps when I was 6...
We were hunting for conkers, me, my two brothers and my mother, we found a nice productive tree and stated to gather a load.
My younger brother was about 2 and a half at the time, he was sat on the ground next to us whilst we were picking up conkers, he was bashing the ground next to him with a stick. Next thing we know there's a swarm of batpoocrazy wasps coming out of the ground, mum grabs the youngling and we all make a run for it.
Younger brother and I had to go to hospital due to the sheer amount of stings, memory is a bit fuzzy, can't really remember the pain or anything, remember it sucked though
I'm now 26 and haven't been stung since, I tend to murder wasps on sight.
Moral of the story is beware underground wasps next and don't sit your infant child next to one

Treated two nests today that brings it up to 6 and it's only Wednesday.
had to switch to bendiocarb to kill them this year. Which is not good. They get very very aggressive. Treated a small nest today and the dust stick was covered in stings.
Wasps can sting as many times as they like. Bees on the other hand, when they sting the "stinger" part comes out, which proves fatal for the bee.
Wasp stings aren't as sore as bee stings, and can be treated with vinegar.
Me personally i have been stung once by a bee, and never by a wasp.

i got stung by a bee on my butt once when i was kid. how it got there i will never know to this day

i poked my head into a hole in the grass when i was about 8 once.. and it turned out to be a wasps nest i somehow escaped without being stung but i remember seing about half a dozen crawling over my chest and shorts as i was wacking them with my t-shirt.
