Ever had a non alcohol-related skirmish with a random in public?

Walked home from the train station once when it started absolutely ****ing it down (which i probably would have avoided if my bike chain hadn't snapped) so i decided to go a quicker, slightly less well-lit way home.

3 chavs jumped out demanding that i give them my bike. I said no, so one ran at me and punched me in the shoulder  so i picked the bike up and threw it at the middle one which knocked him to the floor. Another ended up hitting me in the head with what i think was a stick/branch as his mate was scrabbling up so i went to hit him back, got him in a head lock and hit his ribs a few times. The third guy started running, bike-guy had gotten up and was sharply following him at that point and i let go of the other so he could run off after them.

Ended up with me picking up my bike and shouting something to the equivalent of "better luck next time" and still having to walk home in the rain :(

Not very impressed by what i did because it could have turned out a lot differently but i was already pretty annoyed and it didn't take much for me to just throw the damn bike at him :D

Had some drunk woman swing a handbag into my head a few weeks ago when some random'er next to me threw chips at her from over the street. the pizza i was eating at the time was in her hair with the box heading her way too before i even really thought about it.

I think i subconsciously like throwing things at people :p

Thats a funny story.

Touch wood no i hav'nt.

Had a close one a few months ago when i pulled over for a fire engine with the sirens blaring, went to pull out and this chavved up Golf GTi sped up just to make sure he got in front of me and near on clipped my van on the way past, i start doing my nut and giving him signage through the window and he stops the car dead in the middle of the high street, i was right on his bumper and nearly rear ended him.

Anyway he opens his door abit and starts giving verbal back, i opened my door and got out when he did and suddenly see through his blacked out windows a fella in the front passenger and one on the back seat.

The old ticker was going ten to the dozen coz he looked a nasty ****. But i didnt want to look a complete mug so just stood there staring at him praying he would get back in his car, the doughnut in the back then jumps out mothing off and im thinking wether i got time to run round the back of the van and get the crowbar out of me toolbag!

Anyway after about 20 seconds of me staring at these 2 scabs trying to make out i aint scared, taking a torrent of verbal and trying my best to keep my breakfast in my belly the fella in the front passenger jumps out and calms his mates down and they just went. I dont mind admitting i was somewhat relieved.

Road rage really aint worth it. There are some absolute nutjobs out there

One time years and years ago I was in Middlesbrough town centre car park, queues a mile long to get out as it used to be a 3-way junction to actually leave the car park. no one coming from the right was letting anyone else out so I got out of my car, stood in the middle of the junction and stopped that traffic, to let the other two queues out that had been waiting for a good 10 minutes.

So in return for this some woman and her husband jump out of their car, storm up to me and started giving me the verbals, also demanding to see my "traffic warden badge". I never even looked at them once, never said a word to them. They stood there having a go at me for a good 5 minutes, then just stopped and walked away.

Some people are funny.

I was in the kitchen once with my uncle who was drunk out of his brains, i was cooking some noodle soup at 12am, this is because ive set up a eating plan for every day, so im boiling the water my unlce comes in and rages at me for no reason.
He was fine during the day and all happy, but for some reason he comes storming in shouting at how i "think im the best in the world" When i never think this... i tell him to shut up and go to bed to sober up, which just made him more angry... he pushed me into the cabnet and got a fork and started to threaten me then my mom got scared
She said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air'
I whistled for a cab and when it came near
The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror
If anything I can say this cab is rare but I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air' i pulled up to the house about 7 or 8
And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'
I looked at my kingdom i was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air

well thats my story... :(:(

its funny how nearly all of these ''non alcohol related skirmishes'' are in fact alcohol related. shows just what a problem booze is.

not noticed any '' some stoned guy came over and threatened me , then we had a fight''

Mate of my dad was at the pub with two of his sons (21+) and decided to go and get a chinese for all of them.

He left them at the pub and drove to the nearest chinese in his van. He pulled off the main road into the tight alley that leads to the car park for the chinese. As he pulled in there was a car coming the over way that wanted to get onto the main road, so my dad's mate being in a transit van asked the driver if he could back up as he couldn't easily reverse the van into the main road. With that the guy got out and started effin and blindin at my dads mate so he got out of the van and tried to calm the guy down and explain why he couldn't give way. With that the guy swung at him, my dad's mate managed to dodge the punch and hit the guy back, they then had a bit of a ruck.

The guy said he was going to go get his mates who were in another pub just opposit the chinese. My dad's mate is now a bit more worried as he thinks he is going to get his head kicked in so he called his sons and told them to come help him.

They got there pretty sharpish and my dad's mate pointed the guy out, his son headbutted him knocking him out cold and then ran off.

It was all caught on camera however and my dad's mate and son both got an 18 month suspended sentence for ABH, they would have got locked up had it not been for the fact he runs his own business!

with me when i was 14, me an my older brother who was 16 at the time was crossing the road, a driver had to stop cus we were walking across it, so got out of his car, called us allsorts and then punched us both in the face an then drove off again.....was a horrible experience being punched by a 40+ year old at random when you were a kid, luckily we got his registration an charged with ABH or assualt or somthing :D

No, I am not a violent person, I will just laugh off or walk, if push came to shove I would go toe to toe but its not worth it.

Apart from bottling a guy once, which is a long story, nothing really. I'm not violent at all and luckily have a big build, people don't really take liberties.

It was booze related (him, not me) which don't really qualify for this thread. It does sound worse than it was. He walked away mumbling afterwards.
