hey guys can you spec me out a little routine i can do each day in the morning, max time about 30 mins.

something i can do each day at home with no equipment or when i'm away at others places.

There seem to be dozens of different ones all recommending all sorts of exercises, and i don't know enough to pick what's best for me.

It won't make tok much difference with just BW... so pick one that suits your particular goals and preferences. :)

The best routine is, afterall, the one you stick to. :)

going with the 1% workout from the Arnie site seems decent

its mainly just about getting a fixed routine.

Try Sworkit on your tablet / phone.

Gives you video of tons of exercises and you pick and choose what you want, choose timings and rest periods, then click away you go.

There's similar apps for £2-£3. The only downside with this one is the girl doing the exercises is a bit rank.

Pistol squats, bulgarian split squats, pull ups, press ups, burpees.

I'm doing that circuit at the moment until I recover fully for the gym - gets a good sweat going, I do 5 sets, of circuits 15 reps.
