Could you please clear something up for me, what's the card model number?
It should end with either an ER or a KR. OcUK's site says they're KR with 3 yr warranties but EVGA's site says they're ER with 10 yrs

It could be either one.
They do specify KR (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-150-EA) so I would go off that info although it never hurts to verify with OCUK
I see one other model with wrong PN info which is why I recommend to double check: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-160-EA
-AR is only sold in North America. I believe that should be listed as a KR part with 3 year warranty.
