Nice, wonder who will prevail in the dual gpu battle war.
And the crown for the fastest GFX card on the planet.:cool:

Looks massivley long to, proabably because of the heat. Keep the GPUS as distant as possible.

This is clearly not a Nvidia cooling solution but EVGA as stated in the article.
I wonder how they will expel all that heat trough the tiny little blow hole?

It will need some serious cooler design for this baby.

That cooler will be fine its similar to the Gelid solution for GTX480s which makes them cool to touch & silent ;)

Reckon price wise this will be £600ish minimum but launch will be closer to £700 ish

Its not designed to expel air through there like the reference coolers do, it disperses it in the case.

I know Rroff, that this card and cooler ISNT.
But this ISNT a Nvidia reference cooler.
This is EVGA custom cooler.
The holes would indicate that Nvidias reference cooler just might expel the hot air out?

I think it looks fantastic, nice looking cooler with no stupid stickers of ninjas fighting a frog on it.

I could be refrence cooler as EVGA never do anything but referance on thier gpus except for thier watercooled models. Well I cant think of a EVGA gpu thats not had referance air cooling.

Another comment on the card:

***** was apparently the first publication to photograph - was a gargantuan dual-GPU model set to launch sometime in the spring. Although we couldn't tease too many details from the reps on hand, we know it'll be based on two GF104 chips, carry 2GB of memory, support three-screen surround gaming out of the box, all the while costing less than a GTX 580. As you can see, it also dwarfs the watercooled GTX 580 that we had on hand for comparison.

Believe what you will.

Looks like a monster!

all the while costing less than a GTX 580

Seriously cannot see that happening. If this is the fastest card in the history of the world ever, it'll be priced to match.

Surely there will be plenty of space to let heat escape via the fins below the fans. It will then be important that you have a case with adequate cooling.
