EVGA Trade Up Question

Just throwing this question out there as I can't quite decide.

I am thinking of trying the hybrid 980ti but I'm a bit worried about pump buzz which I've experienced using both corsair and fractal AIO cpu coolers in the past.

Firstly has anyone actually got one of these hybrid coolers on the 980 that wouldn't mind giving me a paragraph on their experiences?

Second question is if I did give it a try and found it annoying as my system is practically silent at idle, could I do this trade up thing evga offer and change it to a classified?

I have a pair of them on my 980s, I'm at 1530 boost on the core.

Love them, quiet and very good cooling performance, about 55 degrees peak.

I've got them on my Titan X's. Can't hear them at all to be honest.

I'm considering stepping up to a 980ti ACX 2.0 from a 980 with the same cooler for 110 quid. Gonna wait a month and see if there are any teething problems and then I think I'll go for it if all looks good.

believe u can only trade up if new card models are released not same card model with different coolers

The hybrid cooler can be added to any reference design card anyway, you can buy the cooler alone.
