EVGA's precision x only seems to be running in background

EVGA's precision x only seems to be running in background, cant seem to bring up the program. have installed the latest version and uninstalled/installed.

Does the icon appear within the notification area? You maybe have Precision's preferences/settings set to start minimised.

If not just use MSI Afterburner instead
