Exam revision - advice?

First exam of the second year ^ ^ It's all been coursework so far this year, (for the first 50% of each module). I've got 5 exams coming up. 2 next week and 3 after easter.

have you started revision for those ones yet? if not - do it sooner rather than later, it'll make a huge difference.

In my experience a lot of students can get through exams by just going to lectures and tutorials (you did go, right?) and then doing a bit of cramming the day before but only the very brightest ones can do well like that, and even then, they'll probably struggle if they keep going that way.

I'm still at uni though, so don't take my advice as if I'm a wizened old timer. Actually, do we have any uni lecturers on these here forums?

I attend about 80-90% of lectures, but tend to leave things to the last minute. The two exams next week I'll be spending more time on than usual. Plus the other 3 after Easter, I'll have revised a lot more than I normally do! It's sorta hit me how important these upcoming exams are.

I'll be happy with at least a 2.2, over the moon with a 2.1 in my 2nd year. I'll pull it back in my 3rd year hopefully.
