As I prepare to sit my first exam today here is a thread to wish everyone good luck with their Examinations/Tests/Deadlines :)

I strongly suspect this thread will also be used as an expression of panic, gloating & another form of procrastination :p

good luck with it. Mine start in 3 weeks. i really need to revise. An air of panic is beginning to spread over me! luckily the uni library has just extended their opening till 11.30pm! i may need to take advantage of this!
 
Unfortunately yes- the main examination period is not for 3/4 weeks I believe. However, our exams are prescribed by the RIBA, not the University.


Yeah our studios are finally being given extended opening times until midnight and our library is 24/7 anyhow.

Get Cramming :p

But surely final pin up isn't due for Ageeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssss. Or are you talking about professional conduct el all?

Where are you doing it? Plymouth ?
 
I still have my professional practice book, bought a copy as the library didn't have any, used it once and never touched it since.

Working in practice is nothing like the course anyway, its all about common sense :)
 
Good luck to everyone. Try not to panic too much if they are three weeks away, just break it down into manageable chunks - I found it a help to keep condensing the course notes until I was working from a single sheet of A4 (more or less) as an aide memoire.
 
Goodluck people I still have my dissertation and 3 other bits of coursework to finish for next week. Before my exams.

Got mine in about 4 weeks or so. 4 papers of 3 hours each...:eek::(

Mechanical Engineering and fluids
Structures and materials
Electronic and information engineering
mathematical methods and computing

I've been doing quite a bit of revision, but spending too much time building my new amp rather than doing any real work. Still, I did an electronic and information paper this morning and got 60% without notes. \o/:)
 
I had my final year exams at uni this time last year, we didn't have the option of resits......sure am glad thats all over.......sorry that doesn't help

Good luck all, remember, nothing at Uni is actually that hard. You have come this far so do a little revision and you will be fine (unless you have done nothing for 3/4/5 years, in which case you deserve to fail :P)
 
Got my A2s in a few weeks, 14 exams in total :eek:. Bout half of them are resits though as I need to bump my grades up a notch for uni. Can't see me doing much revising especially with GTA out on the 29th :(
