Exceeded profile space...

I am getting the following error from a customer:

"'you have exceeded you profile storage space, before you can log off you need to move some items from your profile to network or local storage" has now happend again.

Is there an option to increase this user as it is only effecting him and no one else. His limit is set to 500mb, which is very low as he has 400mb just for his mail which is stored under that section.

you log on to the primary domain controller, then go to c:\windows\inf and locate "system.adm". open this file using notepad and search for "maxprofilesize" and change the default and maximum to whatever u wish

get him to sort out his emails, 400mb is tons, probably some with massive attachments
