Excel/Chart help!

Can anyone tell me how to create the base of a graph like that?? I only have excel and im wondeirng if I can adjust the X-axis to look like the graph above?

The X-axis of that chart looks like a pretty standard log plot. Double,clicking the axis of a graph, selecting "Scale" and ticking the "logarithmic scale" plot should adjust the axis accordingly.

except excel only has this option for altering the Y-axis, while I require it in the x-axis.
