Sorry for the dodgy file hosting, but i dont have any of my own, and chose the first free one i could find!

If i have a file like that, and want the other work sheets to contain the information for 2 teams, team 1 containing Bob and Dave, and Team 2 containing Jim and Fred, is there a formula i can use to move this information across?
The actual file i have is a lot bigger, with many more names, so doing this manually is taking me a fair bit of time!
if anyone can suggest a better place to host a small xls file, please let me know.
