Hi guys,
I've been asked to create a spreadsheet which can be used to rate members of staff technical skills and then create a figure at the end. The idea is to match technical skills to projects where these skills would be necessary.
There are several skill areas being rated, such as SAP, Wintel, Unix etc.
The formula needed however, needs to be setup in such a fashion that if the staff is working on a SAP project, then they would be penalised for having bad SAP skills, likewise Unix etc.
So far I have been tinkering with having the sheet have Yes / No drop down boxes next to skill areas, so as to dictate whether this skill needs to be rated or not.... but i've hit a wall! Any Excel whizz kids about ?
