Hi, need help on some conditional formatting on a spreadsheet!

Basically its like this;

days (either 30 or 90) | Target Date | Coverage %

I need the row to either be normal, amber or Red based on certain factors:

If the days are 30 then the coverage target is 80%. If 90 days it's 90%. If the target date is in the future though the coverage becomes irrelivant....

eg. 30 | 15/09/07 | 45%

Amber rows are needed when the target date is the "target date-7 days (for 30 days)" and "target date-21days (90days)"

eg. 30 | 10/08/07 | 75% would be red as it's <80% and it's passed the target date.

90 | 15/09/07 | 62% would be amber because it's within the 21days(for 90days)

That must be really hard to understand so if you need any more info just ask. I'd need the entire row to go red or amber. Also i'd need the formula to know either 30 or 90 days (so it can select either 7days or 12days for amber). I'd also need the forumla to know the percentage covered. Finaly it should know todays date so it can see how far from the target date it is.

Is that too much to ask?

cheers.
