Excel heed scratcher

I have an Excel sheet with multiple tabs. One of the tabs won't scroll up and down with my mouse scroll wheel, I have to drag the scroll bar. All the other tabs are fine.

Help me, please.

It's not a freeze frame issue, which I proved by adding a freeze frame and then removing.

I deleted all the rows and it still wouldn't scroll.

It's making me a bit

All the rows move when I scroll by dragging the scroll bar, and when I look at the freeze panes section it doesn't display the option to unfreeze any panes.

Are frozen rows different?

Select all cells > Home > Format > Auto fit row height

Deeply, deeply disappointing that The Forum didn't have this knowledge.
