Hi, i need to create a company van milage record database in excel. I want the weekly dates from monday to sunday to update to the next week once the data has been entered. Is there any way of doing this?

I am not sure that Excel is the best thing for this.

Where is the data going to go once it have been entered, if it is to be replaced by the following weeks?

Ideally to be printed out at the end of the week.

Without knowing (and understanding) what you are actually trying to achieve with this information it is difficult to offer advice.

Although you cannot see any need for it now, I really do think you should not look to be replacing data week on week. A solution where you archive the data and use a form entry (such as Access) may be better. Excel is not the best as a Database, its primary purpose is to manipulate collated data, not collect it.
