Excel Macro...

Hey People,

I'm looking for a macro that will check say column 'A' and say that Cell Col 'A' Cell '1' has the name 'Bob' it will copy the contents of the cell next to it, say Col 'B' Cell '2' to a different worksheet... any ideas??
