Nested subtotals
One of our users has a spreadsheet in which she would like the subtotals currently sorted by day to be also sorted into another set of subtotals by week. ie Monday 6th Dec to Mon 13th Dec.
Is there an easy way of creating the subtotals?
We have advised the user to just insert a new row and then sum the working week, but as the spead sheet is fairly large, other alternatives ie perhaps a nested subtotal may be quicker.
Im normally ok with excel but this one pretty much shot over my head. Any help would be very much appreciated. Apologies if the above doesnt make sense.
