excel password

ive got a document i decided to password in excel i cant flippin remember it so cant get into the document. does anyone know a way around it

wow- that was helpfull...

It depends which version of excel. If it's 2007 + then I think you can kiss any chance of recovery goodbye unless you remember the password due to the new way it encrypts the files. 2003 and before I think you can download applications (at least in windows) to do it.
