I do my invoices on Excel and i was wondering is there any way i can colour the files as when they have been paid,just another way of seeing at ease which have been paid and which have not. Or some kind of system.

Like the feature well known on the Mac ? Colour the icons? Not in default Windows, but there are some utilties I know, I think Directory Opus does this but's that's OTT.

Just move them in to a 'Paid' Folder? Or rename them with a prefix/suffix? Not sure if you can change the icon or not - I wouldn't trust that method though.
 
I was kinda hoping i could right click file and have something in there saying paid then it high lights it. lol i got to much time on my hands thinking crazy stuff.
