I'm needing some Excel help.

Two sheets in the workbook, 'September' and 'Summary'

in Summary cell a1, I have this =September!F8
in Summary cell a2, I have this =September!F24+September!F64
in Summary cell a3, I have this =September!F32+September!F64

and so on down the a column. in Summary column bx, the formulae are the same as Summary Ax but instead of linking to September!Fx they link to September!Ix

Is there a quick way of dragging the formula over so that Summary column b will skip 3 columns to the right to hook up with September column I info, then column c to skip 3 columns to September column L and so on? If I drag to the right to copy the formula it obviously tries linking to September!G8 etc but I want it to (or any other quick way of doing this) to link to September!I8, then September **, September O* and so on ...

I know I havent explained myself in a great manner, but help is very much appreciated.

Thanks guys.

I read your post about six times and still couldn't understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. I think you need to replicate the formulae using absolute cell referencing but maybe i've read it wrong.

Yeah, i've been there myself plenty of times and it's always Excel or Access that does it. I find that going walk about to empty the head generally helps.
Glad it's sorted.
