Does anyone know a nice simple way to cut up data from excel cells and spread it out?

To explain, I've got a program that spits out data to an .xyz file. All information is put in one column so, even though there are several different values in each cell all data is in a single column with 'columning' performed by spacing within the individual cells. ( 0.0000000 0.0000000 26.8000 3063.731 0.040 -14.3 7.0 -0.97 -0.093 60 0 01:49:38 2278.07601 0.0000 2006/05/19 this is what it puts in a single cell the next cell down in the same column contains something similar and so on)


Can I get excel to view spaces as a column break and shift all the data about sensibly into neat columns??
