Just thought I'd point out that Nomachine's NX desktop now has a free UNIX server edition. It's a little limited as it only allows one user to RD at a time but is extremely fast and a pleasure to use.
Some of you may have used FreeNX in the past but I've found it to be buggy and lower quality than the commercial offering from Nomachine - now we can have the best (Almost) of both!
