Exchange Archive Solution Required

Hi

We run SBS 2003 with Exchange / Outlook.

What we'd ideally like is a selective archive option, so that when a particular job is finished, we can select and archive all the associated emails for that job along with all the other files (word docs, photos, spreadsheets, autocad etc etc).

Ideally, the archive could be added to by more than one person and stored on a server so that the emails can still be accessed and searched and preferably reinstated if required.

Does such a product exist?

Anyone got any suggestions??

Surely you can just use "public folders" (The public information store) for this? no? :confused:

Public folders is an option - but I was really hoping for something that is more of an archive for finished jobs where ideally all documents (word, jpeg, pdf, dwg etc) could be stored together with the emails - so that if we ever need to revisit a job we can find everything in one place, but otherwise, it is taken out of exchange and out of the regular up set.
 
You CAN store documents in Public Folders.

Hmmmm....

Not quite how I was thinking of doing this - but it might well be a good solution - and cheap too!!
