That is how we are running it, as our two datasites are different subnets. Works fine, apart from the short lag in DNS propogation.

Thanks for the feedback guys! We have yet to migrate any users to 2007 but our existing 2003 server has a single DB at 100Gb, makes me cry

Dammm. I wish our DBs where around that size. I think the smallest one is around 357GB. Including all the PF stores etc. Ours is well over 1TB

Another one for the "we dont defrag unless we need to". I defraged an exchange system last week and saved 70 GB on the private store and stm files. :O. That needed a defrag.
