Hey guys,
I have a bit of a strange problem.
I have recently installed some updates on our exchange 2003 server and since then I'm receiving the following error :
>mailbox name here en 07/02/2008 9:58

MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=domain:servername
The strange thing is, each user in this particular department that is having problems has the following setup :
Primary mailbox : departamental mailbox
secondary mailbox : personal mailbox
Whenever they try to send an email to an external address, from the primary account, they receive the above error message in their personal email box???
I managed to fix the problem in the only way I could, I had to add each user to the Send On behalf list.
I have never previously had to do this but its the only way that external emails would work again.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
Thanks
