Hi there,
This weekend our team have successfully migrated exchange over to our new Server infrastructure, we have migrated all email successfully and we are able to send and receive etc.
Here comes the issue.
When replying to internal emails that were sent before the migration it doesn't pull down any contact information and sends the email to the display name which obviously gets bounced back.
Does anyone know what outlook uses to pull down the internal contact information from the exchange server? E.g does it use the old mailbox alias or something else?
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
