Honestly, I'm feeling pretty depressed at the moment. As some of you know I'm disabled with serious lower limb mobility issues, constant painful swelling and regular cellulitis etc that makes getting about on crutches or even my wheelchair difficult at the best of times. I'm back on my carnivore diet trying to lose weight and improve my health etc but I want to try some form of low/no impact exercise. To see if I can improve things.

Problem is I'm 6ft8 and currently 29st 4lbs (188 kg) so my options seem pretty limited to either bikes that cost over £2000 that can support my weight and bikes that are far cheaper that can't. Obviously don't want to be spending that much on something I may not actually be able to use. I just need to try!

What can you guys recommend?

Just an idea, but do you have a Pure Gym anywhere near you? My local one is about £24 a month with no contract, so you could see if they have anything suitable to try out? If you don't like it / can't do it then it will only have cost the first months fee.

Thanks for the suggestion, I do have several gyms close by including a pure gym or two. However it's getting out the house on a consistent basis that's the problem. Plus I wouldn't feel comfortable without support. Might be an option for the future though as I did use to enjoy the gym back in the day. Just to add I was looking for an inclusive gym that's part of the everyone can scheme but my closest is Preston
