Awesome! I still think the original BBC Micro version is one of the best games ever- vast map, sampled speech, droids and creatures with AI, particle physics system. All in 32K and 2Mhz.

Can't wait to have a go at this.

I loved this game.

Classic Amiga game that is just so much fun due to the dynamics of the game. Really hard but so much fun. Everyone should try this.

(edit: have just seen the new screens. Really excited about this.)

Holy ****! This is the game I've been trying to remember for years! I had the demo on my Amiga and loved it but for some reason I never got round to buying it, then I forgot what it was called. Amazing that someone has remade it. I'll definitely be having a go at this.

i would remove that sweary if I were you.
 
I hope, (from those screenshots) that it isn't easy to get weapons and grenades.... on the original (BBC) version they were literally like gold dust, and without knowing in advance what to do, you had to play for quite a while to get the first weapon (the icer). One thing the game wasn't was a shoot-em-up! It was very much a large sandbox with (very) hard physical and mental puzzles in it.
