Expired Debit Card

Will an expired debit card still work in an ATM?

I have two Barclays debit accounts (one young persons form ages ago and one student account), and I cannot seem to find the card for my student one. The card for me young persons one expired in 04/07, but I was hoping I could use iBank to transfer money into it from the student account and withdrawn it that way...

No, when something expires it generally means, by definition, that it doesn't work anymore

The ATM will either moan a bit or even eat the card.

Might be ok, my old debit card worked about 6 weeks after i got my new one.
