Expired Isopropyl Alcohol

Being hygroscopic it can absorb water over time and become less potent. But depending how crucial this is to your application, it may not matter a great deal.

if it hasn't dissolved the bottle, and i doubt it would do that after 100 years, then its perfectly fine - ipa doesn't go off.

it's a lot like bottled water, the sell by is the lifespan of the bottle, not the contents. I've had a bottle of ISA for probably close to 20 years, it's still effective but the bottle has become cloudy over the years :)

Because of it's age, I would probably use a touch less martini as some of the flavour from the alcohol may have been lost. Also, make sure you stir it with ice rather than shaking. Not only does shaking add too much dilution, further negating the taste of the alcohol but it also creates a cloudier drink. And the olive? It's essential! Pitted, of course.

The above responses don't make much sense, but then again you should have posted this in La Cuisine and you would have got a serious answer.
