Explain plasma resolution to me

The new range of panny's due sometime in 2008 have apparently added true 24p support as well, which is one thing they lacked compared to the Pioneers.

So when they come out there will be 37-60+ inch 1920x1080p plasma's with smooth judderfree 24p support. Pioneer's screen will still have a marginal edge in absolute blacks, but compared to LCD's the pannys are fantastic with black detail anyway.

Panny dont seem to be showing any signs in slowing down on the development of new plasma screens.
 
Hopefully by late 2008 we'll have a good 24p, higher res 37" plasma, which I'll be lookint into getting :)

There are LCDs that are 1080p

but there are LCDs that are not

If you actually bothered to read my post correctly you would find that i was talking about my LCD being true 1080p. I never once said that every LCD is 1080p :rolleyes:
